Unemployed Palestinians chant slogans demanding jobs, as police officers block the road in front of Palestinian Prime Minister Ahmed Qureia`s office during a cabinet meeting in Gaza City, Tuesday April 26, 2005. Despite a recent cease-fire between Israel and the Palestinians, the Palestinian economy remains in shambles. The Palestinian Authority, one of the biggest employers in the West Bank and Gaza, suffers from a large budget shortfall, and Israel has barred most Palestinian laborers from entering the country to work. The World Bank estimates unemployment at about 25 percent in the Palestinian areas.(AP Photo/Hatem Moussa)
