In this frame grab from video taken, according to the Israeli army, by an Israeli drone aircraft flying over the Jebaliya refugee camp during the recent army operation and released by the Israeli military Friday Oct 1. 2004, shows three men, including one who is apparently carrying an elongated object towards a vehicle with United Nations markings. The Israeli army says that the men in the image are militants and the item being carried into the alleged United Nations vehicle is a rocket. United Nations officials said Saturday they are investigating the claim by the Israeli military but said that Israel has made false allegations in the past. ``This is not the first time that we have allegations that turn out to be false or rather (are) based on very, very insufficient evidence,`` Peter Hansen the head of the U.N.
