IIsraeli soldiers shot dead Tibi, a 60-year-old Palestinian man, on Monday during a raid on militants in the West Bank city of Nablus, Palestinian hospital officials and medics said. The Israeli soldiers occasionally fired shots and tear gas to frighten onlookers, residents said. Bullets hit Tibi, his son and three more civilians standing on rooftops.
