Israeli border police officers arrest a Palestinian stone thrower, during minor clashes in east Jerusalem, Friday, Feb. 16, 2007. Police scuffled on Friday with Muslims protesting Israeli government's construction outside the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in east Jerusalem's Old City, but the scattered clashes were quickly contained and no one was seriously hurt, Israeli police said.
