Palestinian Eze Kmeil, 16, is carried after injured during clashes with Israeli troops in the West Bank village of Qabatiya near Jenin Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2006. A Palestinian militant from Islamic Jihad was killed in an exchange of fire with Israeli troops in Qabatiya early Tuesday, Palestinian and Army sources said.
