A Palestinian man and his father wait to receive medical attention at Alia Hospital in the West bank city of Hebron on 16 October 2006. Striking doctors and nurses, who like all government workers haven't received full salaries in seven months, have forced Palestinians to turn to expensive private clinics and non-governmental organizations, for medical care.
