Palestinian civil servants carry the national flag as they take to the streets during a rally to call for their overdue salaries in the West Bank city of Nablus. Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas's Fatah and rivals Hamas were trading demands for a unity government that run the risk of delaying its formation and any subsequent lifting of Western aid embargoes.
