A Palestinian boy walks up a hill in Bethlehem overlooking the building site of houses being constructed at the Jewish settlement of Har Homar, in the Palestinian West Bank Beit Sahur area. Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert has shelved his controversial plan to withdraw from large swathes of the occupied West Bank and said he wanted dialogue with Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas.
