A Palestinian mourner leans over the body of 17-year-old Fadel Balawneh during his funeral in the West Bank city of Tulkarm January 25, 2007. Witnesses said Israeli troops shot dead Balawneh, described by Palestinian security sources as a member of Islamic Jihad, as he tried to run away from a building which the army was surrounding.
