A wounded girl grimaces as she is looked after by medics at a hospital emergency room following an Israeli missile strike on a Palestinian house in the Beit Lahiya area, in the north Gaza Strip. Two Palestinian militants were killed on in an air strike on a house in the Gaza Strip while an Israeli soldier was stabbed to death at a West Bank checkpoint.(AFP/Mahmud Hams)
