An Israeli police officer, left, scuffles with a Palestinian worshipper, center, as he prevents him from entering the al-Aqsa mosque to attend Friday noon prayers, Friday Feb. 17, 2006. Male Palestinian worshippers under 45 were not allowed for a third straight Friday to attend Friday prayers in al-Aqsa.
