Israeli soldiers stop a Palestinian boy for breaking the Israeli imposed curfew in the center of the West Bank city of Hebron February 20, 2003. International Middle East mediators said on Thursday their `roadmap` to peace should be put to Israel and the Palestinians as soon as possible.
